Josh: Junior Prom

Josh went to Junior Prom with Gwendolyn Dooley (who is good friends with Jaiden). For their day date they went sledding in Pine Valley. Gwendolyn couldn't go because she had a swim meet, but Josh still went with the group and had a really fun time. They met at Cameron's house for dinner. Josh said that it was decorated really nice for the event. The dance was held at Children's Museum in their big dance hall upstairs. Afterwards they went hot-tubbing at Hayley's house. Josh said that the date was a lot of fun!

Junior Prom

Jaiden went to Junior Prom tonight! (January 29, 2022) She got asked to Junior Prom on November 22, 2021 by a good friend of hers, Caleb Slater...

Jaiden and Caleb doubled with Emily and Lane. They went with another carload to Vegas and played Top Golf and went out to eat. They saw some of the sights and then headed back to get ready for the dance. 

Jaiden had gotten her dress for really cheap at Suzy's Closet several months ago, but it was sleeveless and so we brought it to a seamstress to get it hemmed and asked her if she could make sleeves out of the bottom part that was cut off. It turned out cute, but turned out to be a lot more expensive than we were hoping for. The alterations were way more than the dress itself. But Jaiden looked gorgeous and hopefully we will get some more use out of the dress in the future! (The dress looks orange in the pictures taken at our house, but it must have just been the lighting, because it is actually a dark coral color -- not orange, ha ha!)

The dance was at the Red Barn. Jaiden said that it was fun, but got shut down twenty minutes early due to the mosh pits -- which apparently also broke the supports underneath the wood floor -- or something like that!

Jaiden Junior Prom

Jaiden went to Junior Prom with Adam Dunn. They went to Vernon Worthen park and played frisbee and other games and had a picnic of Chick-Fil-A. Then they went roller skating at the RINQ. Then after getting ready they took pictures at Snow Canyon State Park and then ate dinner (pasta factory) in Carson's decorated backyard. Then they went to the dance. Since Jaiden is the Junior Activities and Assemblies Representative on the Student Council she had to help plan the dance and stay and clean up. The other girls and their dates helped too. Then they went to Adam's house for ice-cream and cookies and played Tellestrations. Jaiden had a great time! 

Janelle Jr. Prom

Janelle -- Junior Prom! I went to Junior Prom with Porter Radley. We started Saturday morning by going to Zion National Park and going hiking with our group. It was a bit chilly, but a lot of fun! We had a picnic there and played some games and had a good time. After the day date we went back and I got ready for the dance. Then we had pictures at Snow Canyon Outlook, which was super pretty. Pictures were super fun, probably one of my favorite parts of the day. After pictures we hung out at Clay's house for a bit while waiting for dinner, and then we had dinner at Justin's house. It was all Italian themed and was decorated super cute. After dinner we had dessert and played games at Carson's house. It was a lot of fun! We played pool, ping pong, and Jackbox. The dance was held on the top floor of the children's museum. It would be a great place to have a dance, except there weren't any doors or windows that led outside like other dances normally have, which made it extremely hot and humid. The dance was great though! I had a great time hanging out with Porter and some of my other friends there. We went ham on the last song, which was "Best Song Ever." It was a great time. After the dance we went back to Carson's house and played a bit more Jackbox before Porter took me home. It was super fun and I'm glad I got to go!
