Church History Tour -- Day 9 and 10
Thursday included Liberty Jail; Independence, MO; traveling three hours to Nebraska for the Winter Quarters Visitor Center; and Winter Quarters Temple where they were able to do baptisms and another endowment session.
This is what Janika wrote on facebook: "The Missouri Community of Christ temple. It felt more like a mall on the inside, and I was glad to go back to the LDS visitor center after. It was just really peaceful and calm there, but at this temple, it was just....a different feeling."
Friday was Council Bluffs and the Kanesville Tabernacle and then flying from Nebraska to Denver and then from Denver to Salt Lake City!!
