We were able to attend the Westra annual Father's Day Barbeque this year at Scott and Amy's. It was hot out and the kids ended up pulling out the sprinkler and playing in the water. Everyone had a great time! Here is what Jen wrote about the party:
See those wet heads in the picture? I seem to recall someone shouting "wait on the water until AFTER the family photo..." You can see that didn't happen. It was a WESTRA weekend this year, as Chris & Kim had their wedding on Friday, there was Mom & Dad's Golden Wedding party on Saturday, then the annual Father's Day party on Sunday! We were missing Shane, who was on a business trip, and Alyssa who was on a humanitarian visit to India, but I think this was the most complete family picture in a while though! Even if it was all wet!
